Interventions - Tips and Tricks

Alison Latimer appeared on a panel presented by the constitutional / civil liberties law group of the BC Canadian Bar Association. The panel was prepared to give practical advice to lawyers doing or looking to do interventions. The talk covered all aspects of intervention practice, from how to find a client, to tips about how to successfully apply to intervene, to how best to make use of limited time in making effective oral submissions.
