Alison Latimer appeared on a panel in memory of Joseph J. Arvay, OC, OBC, QC at Osgoode Hall's 24th Annual Constitutional Cases Conference along with the Honourable Lynn Smith, Kent Roach and Frank Addario. Participants in this panel reflected on the enormous contributions of Joe Arvay to the justness of our collective constitutional lives, tracing a dimension of his influence and imagining where his legacy may yet take us.
